Can i return items to you?
If for any reason you need to return the item/s received you're welcome to return them to us within 14 days provided they are in an unused condition and how you received them. A full refund of the item will be issued. Please note we do not refund returns postage for items where there is no fault to the product. Once received we will process a refund for the item costs only.
If your item is faulty, caused by the manufacturer, we will offer you a returns postage label or refund your return postage costs. Refunded postage will be paid at the standard rate to that of the dispatched postage.
We're unable to accept returns on personalised items unless the item is defective or there is an error with the manufacture. If your item is damaged please contact our customer service team via email@example.com so that we can advise you on the steps to take.

Can i exchange items?
Unfortunately we don't offer direct exchanges. To make the situation simplified If you would like to swap an item for a different item or size you'll need to return the item to us at the address above. We'll then process a refund for the item and you'll need to place an order for the new item you require.
My item has arrived defective / damaged.
We're sorry there has been an issue. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with some images and an outline of the issue so we can resolve that for you. To avoid delay do remember to submit the images!
I have received the incorrect item, What should i do?
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure all orders are correct at the point of dispatch, on occasions an error may occur. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number and information on the item you have mistakenly received. We will rectify this by providing you with a returns label. Once your return has been received we will dispatch your order again on the next courier collection.
How long do refunds take?
When we process your refund you'll be notified via email. We aim to process refunds for returned items within 7 business days of receipt. Please be aware that refunds made to your debit / credit card can take up to 7 business days to show in your account. These processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
